Ferret lost in Twickenham
« on: June 06, 2014, 09:31:04 PM »
Cocoa (five year old jill) has gone missing this evening by Twickenham Riverside.

She had her harness (with my phone number on a disk) and lead on when I last saw her. She knows her way home and normally is caught  trying to do so if she gives me the slip there, but she does not know her Green Cross Code for crossing King Street. So I'm currently at home hoping she turns up. She's also chipped.

She's quite small, chocolate, and has broken most of her fangs.

Now found. I received a phone call just after I posted this. She had obviously gone to sleep somewhere close to where I last saw her and then was grabbed by the person who rang me just as she woke and headed out.

I ferret proofed my house... but they still keep getting in

Thanks both. it shows that the money spent on the tags on assorted harnesses was well spent.

Are they microchipped as well. Also money well spent IMO.

Yes they all were. It's just Cocoa at the moment.

Great :)

Which reminds me I must check with their previous owner if my two newbies are chipped.
