Sadly Oreo died in the night, I found her when I went to give her morning meds.

It wasn't unexpected, the vet said she had a tumour on her liver as well as the one on her pancreas causing the insulinoma symptoms, and she had been losing weight everyday despite eating well. Nevertheless I had hoped to have a little bit more time with her.
