Camilla and I have woken this morning to the worst scenario ever in keeping ferrets - during the hours between 23.00hrs last night and 08.00hrs this morning, we suffered a break-in into our back garden and a number of our ferrets have been stolen - we are both totally devasted. Five of our best ferrets have been taken and to top it off, two of them were family pets for our two boys. Nothing else appears to have been touched, whoever did this specifically targeted the ferrets and nothing else. Our eldest boy will be so distraught when we have to break to him the news....
The police have been informed of the situation and our neighbours have been informed too.... Please be aware, if I happen to find out whoever did this and I catch up with them, I will not be held responsible for my actions....
Any help in regards to the above would be gratefully appreciated - please spread the word and if anyone knows of anything which could be related to this, please could you let us know or the local constabulary ASAP. Even if you are offered ferrets for sale or for free.
