The show is on Sunday 16th May but we are camping from Friday to Monday :c029:
Becky!! I can lend you a tent if you need one? I have a nice little two man that will be availabe if that is ok for you? It has a bedroom area and a large porch area.
It is the one I used year before last:

Sounds, great, thanks Trish, will have to see if I can get there first but that would really be appreciated. I have a sleeping bag etc... so just need to make sure the car is fully working. Would love to bring along the naughty trio to meet everyone.
:08: :72:
-
Excellent!! Just let me know if you are coming and I'll bring the spare tent with me :72:
-
Just found that you can also post events on the calendar too. Would be a good place to store events for a quick diary search.
-
Oh, I didn't realise the calendar was separate to this so I'll put this one in ;)
-
-
Oooh! I put it in the calendar and it automatically updates this bit too so we have it twice now!!
-
This is brilliant and just realised it is the weekend before my birthday! Woohoo :)
-
The caravan has sprung a leak so we may be in a tent. Will have to get a new one, the old one got eaten by mice in the shed, poor things needed some winter bedding ;)
trying to persuade Mark to spend some of our savings on a caravan but reluctant to get one without his cooperation as I need him to get rid of the old one :41:
-
Oooh, tell him he has to get rid of the camper or the caravan to make room for a newer one Mary ;)
-
Tell him that if he doesn't get one then he'll have to share my little pop up tent with the dog LOL
Actually I might not be bringing Riggs now as I am having to rethink my situation and might not have him at home for a little while :(
-
Can't wait for Lechlade, it is going to be fab! :08:  :c029:
-

I am so looking forward to this one :Yippee: :Yippee: :Yippee:
It is going to be a great camp fest :adore:
-
I have one reluctant camper, Mark, he can't see the point when it so close to home. I am giving it the big sell as a try out for the newly waterproofed caravan. In case it needs any more work done before the Ferret Fest.
-
Good call! Wouldn't be the same without you!!! Bristol Ferret Club camping without you, Mark and the Kids :bite:
-
What lovely people at the campsite..
Because Russ has recently been diagnose with a serious sleep disorder, he now sleeps with a CPAP machine every night. Now we CAN get a battery converter for his machine to run off the battery in the caravan but its expensive and it would be so much easier with Electrics...
but we're camping in the tenting area with the rest of the club.. so what to do ... called them up and asked if we could run a long line to the nearest electrical site and they said No problem!... of course we have to pay the extra per night but well worth it so that the rest of you wont get woken up by Russ's Snoring lol
now we just gotta get down to the caravan and make sure we have 50 metres of cable lol

Just a reminder for those who are going to join us Friday for Trish's great Venison Stew... You'll want to bring along your own eating dishes.
Please bring a side dish or desert to share with the group. That way if someone might not like the stew perse' there will be other stuff to try and lots for everyone to enjoy.
If you can have a think and put what you will be bringing along in a post here.. we can make sure there isn't too much lapping over
I'll be bringing fresh bread to enjoy with the stew and a home made Macaroni salad.
