I'm sorry, what a terrible decision to have to make, I'm sure the little guy would be grateful for putting him out his pain and sending him to play on the bridge x

I have moved this to the Rainbow Bridge, as it seems a bit more fitting in here..

:adore: :angel1: Sweet Dreams Mickie :angel1: :adore:

So sorry Mo, You have had a terrible time the last week or so. Unfortunately, it is something Suz and I can relate to having also lost 2 ferrets within a week in the past and we know just how heartbreaking it is.

As I said on Mercia, there is nothing more you can or could have done, it is just one of those nasty tricks of life. This is a bad time of year for older ferrets.

I know it is a lot easier said than done, but don;t beat yourself up, you did the right thing, and made the hardest decision you have to make when owning a pet, at least he died with dignity and not in pain. :fuzzyhug:
I ferret proofed my house... but they still keep getting in

Weaseling out of things is important to learn! It's what separates us from the animals.....  Except the weasel....(Homer J Simpson)

Eagles may soar, but weasels don't get sucked into jet engines

Oh, see, impossible wishes, wishes that can never be granted, they produce a ferret. - Warehouse 13
